A food bank with no people in it. Donors text in what they have, a robot arm sorts the food into boxes, and AI helpers arrange the pickups. In one weekend it delivered about 100 pounds of food to real shelters.

Why it won: The team had spent years volunteering at food banks and knew exactly which jobs burn volunteers out: the paperwork and the logistics, not the giving. When they saw AI run a small business on its own, they flipped the idea from selling to donating. The 100 pounds of food reached real shelters before the weekend ended; the deliveries were the demo.
