A robot that lets blind people experience paintings. It draws the artwork on your palm, using warm and cold touches so you can feel where each color is.

Why it won: You can point it at any painting, not just ones prepared in advance; it takes a picture and translates what it sees into motion and temperature on your skin. Temperature was the insight: warmth and cold are things skin understands instantly, so colors become a feeling instead of a description. The team named it after Bob Ross, who believed art should belong to everyone.
