A patient voice helper for grandparents using a computer. Ask it how to unmute on Zoom and it draws a glowing highlight right on the button to click, like a tech-savvy grandkid who is always around.

Why it won: It looks at whatever is on the person's screen right now, so it guides them through their real situation instead of reciting generic steps that stopped matching the buttons three updates ago. Help comes one highlighted button at a time, with a voice explaining as it goes. It works the way patient grandkids do: show, don't lecture, never sigh.
