Type in a decision you can't make, and three live pet fish decide for you by swimming toward one of your options. The computer then actually goes and does whatever the fish picked.

Why it won: The team set out to build the most unhinged thing possible in 36 hours. You tell a snarky AI fish about your problem over a real phone call, it puts two options on a TV behind the tank, one slightly bad and one catastrophically bad, and whichever side the guppies swim to before the countdown ends is what your computer actually does. There is no confirmation screen and no way out, which was the whole point.
