When you do physical therapy at home, you never know if you're doing the exercises right. This app watches through your webcam and corrects you out loud the moment your form slips, like having a therapist in the room.

Why it won: It came from the builder's own bill: $8,000 in physiotherapy, a three-week wait to be seen, then one short appointment every two weeks for a herniated disc. Only about a third of patients finish their prescribed exercises, largely because nobody is watching on the days between visits. This covers exactly those days, which is where recovery actually happens or quietly fails.
