You call your own Mac on FaceTime and tell it what you need, out loud. It does the work while you watch, and talks back to you during the call.

Why it won: The clever part is that nothing new gets installed: FaceTime already connects your phone to your Mac, so the team turned an app everyone already has into a remote control. Remote desktop tools make you squint at a tiny copy of your screen and tap around; here you just say what you want, like calling a friend who happens to be sitting at your computer.
