Point a camera at a broom and play it like a real guitar. It tracks your hands, turns air-strumming into actual notes and chords, and can grow whatever you play into a fully produced song.

Why it won: A companion iPhone senses which invisible strings you press, so one hand forms real chords while the other strums the air. Any object works; the broom was just what the room had. The team came from different countries and built the one game they all grew up playing, pretending household objects are instruments, except now the objects play back.
