Record a real room with a phone and two small sensors, then replay the moment in 3D. You can pause, rewind, and fly the camera anywhere inside the memory, like a video game replay of real life.

Why it won: Studios do this with camera rigs worth more than a house and actors in tracking suits; this does it with an iPhone, two chips that cost a few dollars each, and a laptop. The idea came from Minecraft, where replaying a session with a free-flying camera is normal, and the team asked why real life should not have that. Memories become places you can walk back into.
