Portable laser tag where you reload by picking up real litter and scanning it into the game. Cleaning the park stops being a chore, because every piece of trash powers your next round.

Why it won: Everything runs on phones and paper QR tags, so a match can start in any park with zero equipment. The game also identifies each piece of litter you scan, estimates the pollution you saved, and pays bonus points for putting it in the right bin. It won the United Nations sustainability challenge because the cleanup is not a message bolted onto the game; it is the ammo system.
